Booking times are estimates and may change due to weather, material delays, or job complexity. We will always notify you as early as possible if scheduling changes are required.
Some jobs may require a deposit before materials are purchased or work begins. Full payment is required upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are handled in person. We do not process payments through our website.

All materials used are new unless agreed otherwise. We aim to provide high-quality workmanship and materials for every job. Natural variations (e.g. in timber colour or texture) are normal and not considered defects.

With your permission, we may take photos of completed work for our portfolio or social media. We will never include identifying information unless agreed by you.
Jobs cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee. If materials have already been purchased, you may be responsible for their cost.
